Nation News "JOHAN BJERKHAMN WILL be charged with the unlawful killing of his son Luke Bjerkhamn.
In a Press conference held yesterday, Commissioner of Police Darwin Dottin said an agreement had been reached with Bjerkhamn's lawyers that he would return from Miami tomorrow to be taken into police custody.
' . . . Mr Bjerkhamn's attorneys have informed us that he will return to Barbados on Friday morning. The judicial process will take its course,' Dottin said.
When contacted yesterday evening, attorney-at-law Andrew Pilgrim, who is among a team of lawyers representing the 39-year-old gun dealer confirmed the agreement.
'We agreed that he (Bjerkhamn) will return and that his counsel will accompany him to the police station,' Pilgrim said."
