Kaieteur News: "Yesterday, once again, one time death row prisoner, Odinga Greene, was committed to stand trial in the High Court for the murder of Nazalene Mohammed.
He was committed at the Christianburg Magistrates’ Court by Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan.
As the preliminary inquiry closed yesterday, Greene’s lawyer, Tanya Warren, presented to the Magistrate that in light of the evidence led against her client the court should find that a prima facie case has not been made out. Hence Greene should not be made to stand trial in the High Court."
