Police reports state around 10.30 Friday evening, 39-year-old Ramdarasa Jagroo, an employee of Cost Cutters Supermarket, and his 28-year-old wife, Sunita, a Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (CEPEP) worker, got into an altercation. The couple lived at at Happy Hill, Glen Road, Tobago."
