Disguises May Have Helped Jamaican Drug Lord Elude Arrest

NYTimes.com: "MEXICO CITY — It took more than a month for the Jamaican authorities to find Christopher Coke, the island’s most wanted man, and what sat atop his head at the time of his capture — a bushy black wig — provided at least one clue as to why.

Jamaican police officers and soldiers had gone house-to-house last month in a deadly siege of Mr. Coke’s stronghold, the Tivoli Gardens neighborhood in Kingston, the capital, but they came up empty in their hunt for the elusive Mr. Coke."
