Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday "THE murder toll is 334 thus far for the year following two unrelated killings in Valsayn and Laventille. In the first incident, the decomposing body of a man was found in his apartment home in Spring Village, Valsayn South.
The body of Russell Badaloo was found at about midday. Police were alerted to the body after they were contacted by a female resident at the apartment building, after she noticed a fowl stench and flies coming from Badaloo’s apartment.
