Rowe, who law enforcement officials have been unable to provide any photographs for several months now, is wanted for questioning in relation to murder and armed robberies. He is 17 years of age (born 15th September, 1992), 160cm in height, of medium build and dark in complexion. His last known addresses are 268 Independence Boulevard, Albouystown, and 203 Charlotte Street, Lacytown.
