Cop rescues boy from angry mother

Jamaica Gleaner News "An off-duty policeman came to the rescue of a boy, who appeared to be no more than eight years old. The child was observed being punished by his mother Wednesday afternoon on Sutton Street in downtown Kingston.

The woman, 30-year-old Keisha Taylor, a vendor of a Duke Street address, was spotted slamming her son's face into the wall of a building by her stall. District Constable Troy Lewis, who happened to be walking by, had to restrain the woman."
