Speaking with reporters after an inter-faith service at Cabildo Chambers, St Vincent Street, Port- of-Spain, Ramlogan said the Ministry of Finance has completed its own review of the terms to be signed by those policyholders who wish to accept the government’s buyout. He described delays in the process of commencing payout as possibly “a blessing in disguise”."
