AP said that Grenadian Prime Minister Tillman Thomas joined dozens of other people running from offices, homes and schools as the quake hit at 7:16 a.m. (7:16 a.m. EST; 1216 GMT) today. The quake was also felt in Trinidad, St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
