Opposition leader Arnhim Eustace says the Libyan aid is blood money and on Thursday he criticized Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves for taking it. Gonsalves and Foreign Affairs Minister Douglas Slater avoided the ceremony where a Libyan official delivered the $250,000 check on Monday.
