The Bermuda Journal "Jean Jacques - the country’s 35th homicide victim - are able to at least get some type of closure for the murder of the young mother, after her alleged killers were arraigned in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon.
37-year-old Charles Pandy, a resident of Winders Terrace and 27-year-old Winston Z. Whylly of Deliverance Way, were arraigned before Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez, in connection with last week’s shooting death of the Haitian national.
