The Nassau Guardian: "A 35-year-old man was sentenced yesterday in the Supreme Court to 60 years in prison for the murder of his neighbor almost seven years ago. Sherman Rhodriquez admitted guilt in the death of school teacher Dale Hepburn, when his trial was supposed to begin last June. Hepburn had once tutored Rhodriquez in Spanish.
He did not face the death penalty because of his guilty plea.
