Newsday WORKS and Transport Minister Jack Warner will appeal the decision of the FIFA ethics committee to suspend him, sources close to him said yesterday as Warner nonetheless wrote to members of the Caribbean Football Union urging them to back Sepp Blatter in today’s FIFA presidential elections.
“I can tell you he finally received his papers and an appeal will be filed,” a member of Warner’s staff told Newsday yesterday
