X6 murder suspect remanded

JamaicaObserver.com: "PATRICK Powell, the businessman accused of murdering 17-year-old Khajeel Mais, was remanded in custody when he appeared in the High Court in Kingston this morning. Powell's attorney Patrick Atkinson, did not file a bail application as there was no forensic report and further statements needed to be served by the prosecution.
Powell will next appear in court on September 16."
