LoveFM News Belize"At about 5:45 this morning acting on information received of a shooting incident, Belmopan Police visited an unnamed street in St. Matthew’s Village where upon arrival saw the body of a Hispanic male person who was later identified as 20-year-old Jorge Mario Augustine, a resident of St. Matthew’s Village lying face down in a pool of blood with what appeared to be three gunshot wounds, one to the right side of the head, left arm and right foot. Initial investigations reveal that sometime around 11:30 last night a neighbor said they were sleeping when they heard four gunshots; when they heard the first gunshot they thought it as someone hunting in the area but after hearing three more they thought something was wrong but fearing for their live they decided to wait until the morning when a check was made and that was when they discovered the body and informed the Police. The body was transported to the Western Regional Hospital where it awaits a post mortem.”"
