“There is absolutely nothing to apologise for,” Hinds said yesterday. He said he had, up until yesterday afternoon, not yet received a pre-action protocol letter from Persad-Bissessar’s attorney’s calling on him to apologise or else face legal action for defamation in relation to comments he made last week."
