The Daily Herald CAY HILL--The tropical storm warning for St. Maarten, issued on Saturday night, was discontinued at 5:00pm on Sunday by the Office of Disaster Management (ODM) in conjunction with the Meteorological Department of Curaçao (MDC) after Tropical Storm Irene moved closer to the US Virgin Islands.
As a result, today is a normal school and business day for St. Maarten.
