Disorganized Maria remains a threat

MiamiHerald.com: "Tropical Storm Maria weakened on Thursday and could even dissolve into a tropical wave as it approaches the Leeward Islands and Puerto Rico this weekend.

But a shift in track and the possibility that the storm could regain strength in a few days raises the risk of potential impacts on Hispaniola, the Bahamas and – potentially – Florida or the elsewhere up the Atlantic coast."
