CARIBARENA ANTIGUA: "The street lights erected from the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium to the VC Bird International Airport, a gift from the Chinese government, have been vandalized by copper thieves.
Ambassador David Shoul said several of the lights are not working due to traffic accidents, but others have been stripped by vandals, and he is concerned because this does not reflect well on Antigua & Barbuda and its people."
