CARIBARENA ANTIGUA: "Antigua St. John's - A frustrated farmer who allegedly hacked to death eight untended goats earlier this month has been arrested.
Police say they have charged Fitzmorgan Greenaway of Tyrells, Liberta with three counts of violence to livestock animals.
Morgan is reported to have gone beserk on November 5th, taking matters into his own hands because the animals had been destroying his crops."
