19 year old murder accuse, Mario Perez Charles made his fourth court appearance on Friday, after being remanded to the Bordelais Correctional Facility for the Murder of Christal St. Omer. The family of St. Omer expressed some dismay following Friday's hearing, after being excluded from the proceedings.
