Storms over Caribbean,

NOLA.com: "The National Hurricane Center is tracking a patch of disorganized showers and thunderstorms from the northwestern Caribbean Sea to Belize and the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, but gives it only a 10 percent chance of forming a tropical system over the next five days.

The storms are associated with an upper-level trough of low pressure, said Hurricane Specialist Eric Blake and Senior Hurricane Specialist James Franklin in a 1 p.m. tropical weather outlook message."
