Kidnapping witness found murdered; girlfriend shot

Trinidad Guardian  A wit­ness in a kid­nap­ping case was gunned down and his girl­friend shot and wound­ed while at their home in Cau­ra on Sun­day night.

Ac­cord­ing to a po­lice re­port, at about 10 am res­i­dents of Up­per Cau­ra Roy­al Road heard sev­er­al gun­shots and up­on check­ing they found Jah­way Adams, 35, and his girl­friend bleed­ing from mul­ti­ple gun­shot wounds.

The gun­men, po­lice said, broke down the door to him home at Thomp­son Lane and opened fire on the cou­ple.
